Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Canola oil
- Combine all ingredients except canola oil and mix well.
- Baste top and bottom of steak with canola oil.
- Rub in dry rub liberally.
- Let steaks sit for 20-30 minutes at room temperature, then grill steaks on both sides until desired doneness.
- Enjoy!
- This would make a nice Father's Day gift (packaged in a cute jar) with a pair of grilling tools.
