Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, mined
- 4 cups fresh tomatoes, cut up (you could also use 1 quart bottled tomatoes, or 2 (1 lb) cans of tomatoes
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 12 oz tomato paste
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 TB minced parsley
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 bay leaves (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup green pepper (optional)
- 1 TB brown sugar
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 can black olives, sliced
- 1 can drained mushrooms
- 1 can artichokes, diced
- 1 can hearts of palm sliced
